FROM CONCEPT TO COMPLETION, WE ARE YOUR INTEGRATED AGENCY & PRODUCTION STUDIO.

Mega Exhibit is a family-founded experiential design and production studio built on craftsmanship, collaboration, and care.

What began as a hands-on carpentry and fabrication business has grown into a global, full-service experiential agency producing trade shows, brand activations, pop-ups, and immersive environments worldwide. While our scale has evolved, our foundation has not: we believe the strongest experiences are built by people who care deeply about both the work and the humans it’s created for.

As a family business at heart, we operate with long-term thinking, personal accountability, and pride in what we build. Our multidisciplinary team brings together an experiential agency and fabrication studio to handle design, engineering, fabrication, logistics, and strategy under one roof—allowing us to move seamlessly from concept to creation while maintaining precision, quality, and trust at every step.

At Mega Exhibit, we don’t just build structures.
We build moments, environments, and experiences people remember—because they’re designed with humanity at the center.

We Are…

CEM Certified

CEM Certified badge with logos for CEM certification program and IAEE.

CEM, the Certified in Exhibition Management, is the "gold standard" for the global exhibitions industry. It is a professional designation focused on the operational and logistical mastery of trade shows.

What is CEM Certification?

The Focus

The CEM Certification is focused on management, marketing, sales, floor plan design, and event technology.

It proves that our team has a deep understanding of how to run a successful, safe, and profitable exhibition from the ground up, showcasing our operational excellence and reach of industry standards.

What it Says About Us

It proves that our team doesn’t just "do" events. We design them to minimize environmental harm and maximize community benefit.

Leading in Sustainability and Circularity

Smart Material Selection
We prioritize using renewable and recycled substrates without compromising on aesthetics.

Logistics and Carbon Mitigation
We choose lightweight materials and optimize our shipping routes to reduce shipping emissions.

Waste Diversion & "Zero-to-Landfill"
We implement rigorous waste-diversion strategies, ensuring that carpet scraps, padding, and crates are donated, repurposed, or recycled.

Energy-Efficient Technology
We bring your brand to life, offering high-efficiency LED lighting and low-power AV components that reduce energy draw compared to traditional fixtures.

Sustainability
We focus on reducing the immediate footprint of your exhibit.

Modular Systems
We design exhibits that can be reconfigured and reused across multiple shows, extending the lifecycle of every component.

Material Recovery
Instead of the dumpster, we prioritize materials that are either 100% recyclable or reusable at the end of their life.

Refurbishment over Replacement
We offer dedicated maintenance and "refresh" services to extend the lifespan of your existing assets. By updating finishes or retrofitting older frames with new tech, we prevent the premature disposal of exhibit components.

Circularity
We moved away from the traditional build and discard cycle.

Sustainability vs Circularity: What’s the Difference?

While Sustainability focuses on efficiency and "being green," Circularity is about a systemic shift where waste is designed out of the process entirely.

A sustainable exhibit might use eco-friendly materials that are eventually discarded, but a circular exhibit is built as a closed loop where every component is either reused, refurbished, or returned to the manufacturing cycle, ensuring nothing ever reaches a landfill.

But both can be achieved through ingenuity and dedication from our team and careful selection of suppliers for our event solutions. We like to follow this motto by heart:
